School Supply
Assure that at least 75% of all the needy children living behind the Mairie of Carrefour attend schools by year 2021 when schools reopen in Haiti. Those that parents refused to comply with the policy of COLCAA will be placed in boarding home where they will be at the charge of COLCAA.
